Ziggi Alexander

Ziggi Alexander has held senior executive roles in NHS and local government organisations employing up to 56,000 people. She has a professional background in HR and extensive leadership experience as a non-executive director in a range of sectors, including 5½ years on the board of a FTSE 250 company and as the final Chair of a UK-wide Executive non-departmental public body.
Ziggi established ZAC in 2000, and leads on change management, corporate governance, board development, executive coaching, mentoring and the facilitation of learning/inquiry groups. Part of her focus is the development of new services that incorporate the values of the not-for-profit sector with the resource management rigour of the for-profit sector.
