Simon Badderley

Simon Baddeley is a member of the academic staff of the University of Birmingham, recognised as an expert on the political interface. He is an Associate of INLOGOV and was a member of the SOLACE Commission on "Managing in a Political Environment" which produced the "Leadership United" report in 2005. He runs workshops on skills for scrutiny - chairing, scoping, questioning and weighing evidence.
Simon has studied relations between politicians and those who work with them in political organisations for many years, offering research-based advice and training for public sector managers and agencies in the UK and elsewhere.
