Laurence Spigel has over 25 years experience in Social Services, in both the public and voluntary sectors. Having established a good track record as director of community services, he diversified to become the fundraising director of a national charity.
Laurence has experience of merging nine formerly independent charities. He helped implement the new organisation's change management strategy, ensuring that the modernisation agenda was at the core of the new working arrangements.
He offers support to organisations dependent upon funding from external sources, i.e. sponsorship, contracts and trusts, enabling them to market themselves in order to achieve financial security.
