When deadlines are tight and all key staff are already fully committed to their primary duties, there may be too little time available for senior managers to conduct initial research into a proposed project or proposal.
The work may involve travelling away from the main site of operations; it could require information gathering across many sources and analysing this before coming to meaningful conclusions.
Undertaken on or off-site, our research facility can conduct this work on your behalf. We can also help you to maintain confidentiality during particularly delicate initial discussions with potential new partners, your board or another advisory body.
Fundraising & sponsorship
Many organisations are now keen to develop new sources of revenue. This may come through direct fundraising approaches to major trusts and donors or through a more commercially-orientated approach with sponsorship. Quality audits
Most organisations have established a range of mechanisms for safeguarding the quality of their services. Quality assurance programmes, TQM and best value systems can almost be bought off the shelf and installed in almost all organisations according to a set formula. Unfortunately the actual goal of securing high standards of service is not so easily achieved.
The Care Standards Act, like most contract specifications, lays a heavy emphasis on the achievement of agreed and identified standards. We have gained experience, using a variety of tools, in the review and renewal of quality systems. Whether using explicit inspection methods or more indirectly, through ‘mystery shoppers’, we will help to reassure you about the strength of your quality safeguards and help you formulate changes where needed.
